"Classy" and "dreamy" are what critics call the international touring ensemble Ella & The Bossa Beat, led by a talented father-daughter duo.
Celebrating the release of their fourth album, Amare, rising star vocalist/pianist/composer Ella Blu received the 2020 Focus Brazil Award for Best Female Singer. Her father, Brazilian native Magrus Borges is a Grammy-nominated drummer/percussionist/composer who's released six albums of his own and performed with giants like Astrud Gilberto, Bebel Gilberto and Tania Maria.
