Mauricio's compositions and his pure musicality truly capture the spirit of a man and his humble beginnings in Camaguey, Cuba. He has played with the best Cuban Orchestras and Jazz groups. Mauricio was instrumental at the beginning of the Neuva Trova movement and currently serves as Composer-In-Residence for MISO (Miami Symphony Orchestra).
