UK pianist Terry Disley brings his exciting and popular band Experience to the Bach to perform a rare concert of his original jazz arrangements of Tchaikovsky’s ever-popular Nutcracker Suite. Disley describes the Jazz Nutcracker Suite as being somewhat like a mix of “Tchaikovsky meets Miles Davis meets Bill Evans, with a hint of fusion funk thrown in for good measure!” The concert celebrates the re-issue of Disley’s Jazzcracker album – and features an all-star hand-picked 7-piece group.
