Ken Berman Piano Trio at Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society

Pianist/Composer Ken's new release Looking Forward(2010), features a dynamic trio including bass virtuoso Kai Eckhardt and the critically acclaimed Akira Tana on drums, performing a set of extraordinary original compositions that bring to mind the classic trios of Pat Metheny, Keith Jarrett, and Bill Evans, while at the same time maintaining a unique and inimitable sound.

Mr. Berman is currently on the music faculty at the University of California at Berkeley and teaches part-time at Stanford University

Legendary for its intimate concert room and 180 degree ocean views, it is 40 minutes from downtown San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Tickets at the door at 3 pm. Music starts at 4:30, goes to 7:30 with intermission. Open to the public with priority seating for members. Buffet and drinks available.
