This evening of international duos includes the juxtaposition of pianist Alfredo Rodriguez’ education from Havana’s rigorous, classical conservatories with percussionist Pedrito Martinez’ exacting training from the streets of the Cayo Hueso neighborhood in Old Havana.
Along with Rodriguez and Martinez is the electric paring of Colombian harpist Edmar Castaneda and exceptional, Swiss chromatic harmonica player Grégoire Maret as Harp vs Harp.
