In celebration of Norristown Arts Hill, Norristown's new cultural arts districe, the 2nd Annual Norristown Arts Hill Festival has been scheduled for Saturday, May 7, 2011, from 10:00am to 5:00pm, on DeKalb Street between Lafayette and Airey Streets.
