The Ikioi Quartet (meaning "momentum") is an innovative, bass-less contemporary jazz ensemble based in Brooklyn, NY. Formed in 2023, the group consists of pianist/bandleader Naomi Nakanishi, tenor saxophonist Kevin Sun, bassist Jared Beckstead-Craan, and drummer Eliza Salem.
