“A Marvelous Night” in a prime time engagement at the Metropolitan Room, beginning Wednesday March 28. Backed by Mike Renzi & his Quartet, the molten-voiced baritone stirs together moonlight and fire in a sultry jazz stew that combines songbook standards and a number of newer-vintage ballads. Generet makes it “A Marvelous Night” in four shows only, Wednesday and Thursday March 28 & 29, at 7pm; Monday April 2 at 9:30pm, and Tuesday April 3 at 7pm.
