The Ebell is proud to present world renowned jazz legend Bennie Maupin and his ensemble in concert on our Theatre stage. They will be performing what is perhaps his most famous album The Jewel in the Lotus, a groundbreaking fusion recording made in collaboration with legendary jazz musicians including Herbie Hancock and Buster Williams.
Maupin is perhaps best-known for his atmospheric bass clarinet playing, but he has also performed on the saxophone, flute, and clarinet. For decades, his music has captivated audiences across the globe. Don’t miss this jazz classic! RSVP today.
