I'm happy to announce the latest of Mandorla Music's occasional 'Duo Duo' events. On Fri 3/24 at Third Life Studio, I'll welcome two exciting pairs: Giuseppe Paradiso & Jussi Reijonen and Adam Janjigian & Jamie Stewardson.
The cosmopolitan duo of Jussi Reijonen (guitars & oud) and Giuseppe Paradiso (drums & percussion) performs original compositions and improvisation drawing on elements from African, Middle Eastern, European and American traditions.
Pianist Adam Janjigian & guitarist Jamie Stewardson, both well known to Boston jazz audiences, come together for their first duo performance in several years...
